This is a field-based role. Are you an experienced Business Development Manager or Executive looking for a new and exciting opportunity? This is a potentially life-changing role within an industry leader. You can expect a guaranteed £60,000 in your first year, with an OTE of £110,000, and top earners reaching £150,000+ plus a car allowance of up to £5,000 or a company car, currently Tesla or other electric/hybrid vehicles.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive business development.
* Attending and closing your own sales appointments.
* Meeting with potential introducers and referral partners.
* Achieving quarterly sales targets.
* Building, managing, and maintaining your sales pipeline.
* Thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-energy environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 4 years of experience selling solutions in a B2B environment (industry experience not required).
* Confidence in value-based and consultative selling.
* Experience selling to diverse audiences, including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of meetings.
* Previous field-based sales experience.
