The Vacancy
The purpose of this role is to successfully manage our ParcelShop network within a specified territory through the professional selling of our Evri ParcelShop Services to prospective retailers in identified areas to increase coverage, products, and services.
The role includes the day-to-day performance management of these sites to ensure a fantastic customer experience. This role is agile, so travel is required daily to maintain contact with the ParcelShops both within a defined territory and other areas within the UK if required. In this fast-paced role, we will give you the flexibility and autonomy to think both commercially and creatively to manage your territory, ensuring all ParcelShop parcels are handled with care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities and Accountability
1. Review and implement continuous improvements using key reports and MI to drive service improvement with underperforming retailers, tracking achievements against company KPI targets in the parcel journey.
2. Motivate and engage ParcelShop Retailers to ensure high standards of customer service, improving overall customer and client satisfaction.
3. Ensure safe health and safety practices are in place and that parcels are stored safely and securely.
4. Maintain cost leadership and profitability control of the ParcelShop locations within the territory.
5. Analyze retailer data in line with retailer performance on the territory against company KPI targets and take responsibility for the retailers' performance.
6. Ensure maximum awareness of the ParcelShop service through retailer training, POS updates, and promoting local retailer activity.
7. Train all ParcelShops on processes and the correct use of Evri equipment within your territory.
8. Identify opportunities to recruit new ParcelShop locations within a specified area, adhering to operational requirements.
9. Sell additional ParcelShop services where applicable to sites meeting minimum criteria to achieve targets.
10. Complete all retailer administration documents accurately, such as business insurance and public liability within the territory.
11. Analyze and react to enquiry and claims data in line with retailer performance against KPI targets.
12. Maintain a regular visit cycle with shops within your territory.
Qualifications
* Current UK driving license
