Overview
Demand & Fulfilment Controller - Supply Chain. Chipping Norton | Full Time (37.5 hrs per week, flexi) | Hybrid working.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer orders from receipt to despatch, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment
* Liaise with planning, logistics and sales to meet customer delivery requirements
* Track orders and proactively update customers on progress or changes
* Produce export and shipping documentation as needed
* Maintain accurate records, price quotations and KPI metrics
* Support Account/Sales Managers with customer communication and performance reporting
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in logistics, shipping, order management or supply chain
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Experience with manufacturing or ERP systems (preferred)
* Knowledge of export documentation (advantageous)
