Role Responsibilities
As an SEN Supply Teacher, you will:

* Use visual supports, communication systems, structured teaching approaches, and sensory strategies
* Build quick, positive relationships to support engagement and behaviour
* Support personal care routines where required
* Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and reporting procedures in each school
Long-term supply roles may include planning and assessment and will be paid in line with the Teacher Pay Scale (MPS/UPS).
