Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various positions
* Developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent
* Providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
* Creating and managing a sales pipeline of leads and potential clients.
* Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For:
* Previous recruitment experience is highly desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
