They are seeking a Contracts Specialist to join as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Chester. Our client is a market leader in Integrated Law, combining traditional expertise with innovative AI-powered solutions to deliver complex legal work at scale, primarily serving Fortune 500 companies across various sectors.
Your Role: As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, collaborating closely with in-house legal teams. You should be a team player, effective communicator, and result-driven, with a confident and energetic approach.
Responsibilities:
* Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts.
* Work with clients' legal departments on international deals, procurement, marketing, and other matters.
* Manage caseloads and ensure compliance with delivery processes.
* Maintain and update contract templates and tools.
* Contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Law Degree and/or Legal Qualification.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Client-facing experience and commercial awareness.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word.

Desirable: Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services sectors; in-house legal experience.
