Electrical Foreman/Supervisor Location: Bristol, UK Employment Type: Full-time Salary: £40,000–£50,000 Join a leading building services provider as an experienced Electrical Foreman, where you will lead and coordinate electrical teams to deliver high-quality M&E projects across a variety of sectors, including industrial, commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, data centres, and energy. This role provides an opportunity to work on large-scale projects while supporting the growth of a dynamic and innovative organisation. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and direct daily activities of on-site electrical teams. * Ensure all installations comply with project specifications, drawings, and Irish regulations. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow. * Monitor progress, productivity, and report any issues or delays. * Conduct toolbox talks and maintain high standards of health and safety. * Manage materials, tools, and equipment effectively on-site. * Perform quality inspections and ensure work meets required standards. * Maintain accurate records of completed work and labour hours. * Support planning and scheduling to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Candidate Profile: * Qualified Electrician with a valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or foreman role. * Strong knowledge of Irish electrical regulations and standards. * Proven leadership and team management skills, including subcontractor oversight. * Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and schematics. * Experience working on large-scale construction and building services projects.
