This role is based Hybrid (one day a week) in their North Bristol office, and is paying between £30,000 - £34,000.
Role Overview:
As a Service Desk Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems by handling incidents, service requests, and BAU (Business As Usual) duties for our infrastructure. This role will involve feeding and maintaining our networks and servers, ensuring they're properly patched, and responding to alerts in a timely manner. You'll work closely with a team of three, with a focus on Tier 1 support, while also assisting in escalations from the Technician role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
