We are currently working with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary, secondary and specialist schools across North Manchester who are looking to appoint dedicated SEN Assistants for full-time, part-time and permanent roles. These opportunities are ideal for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants or those looking to build a long-term career supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. Positions are available to start immediately and for upcoming terms, supporting children with needs including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs and complex learning difficulties. As an SEN Assistant, you will be supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them to access the curriculum, manage behaviour and develop confidence both academically and socially. Schools are looking for patient, reliable and proactive individuals who can build positive relationships and adapt support to meet each child’s individual needs.
