Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker
Location: Atherstone
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Times: 2:00 PM & 7:00 PM
Shift Length: 7–8 hours
Shift Pattern: 5 on / 3 off rota (includes weekends)
First 12 Weeks
* £12.21ph (£11.51 for u21 y/o)
* £14.39ph from 10pm
Week 13 onwards
* £12.79ph
* £15.99ph from 10pm
We are looking for reliable warehouse operatives to join a busy warehouse team. This is an afternoon shift, usually 7–8 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
* Unpack incoming shipments and take them to the correct locations
* Keep the warehouse clean and tidy
* Support the team with general warehouse duties
* No picking involved
Requirements:
* Must be able to commit to afternoon shifts (2pm until finish)
* Reliable and punctual
* Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
* Warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
Additional Information:
* Two-stage interview process
* The site will relocate to Coalville in March 2027
