Your Earnings Potential

* At least 1 year’s recruitment experience with proven billing success
* Strong B2B sales background with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
* Natural ability to build long-term, consultative client relationships
* Ambition to exceed expectations, both professionally and financially
* A proactive, commercial mindset with resilience and drive
