Job Overview: As the UV Crazy Golf and Games Reservations Manager, you will lead our reservations team and oversee all aspects of booking management, with a strong focus on corporate accounts, large group bookings, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, optimizing occupancy, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from enquiry to arrival.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate & Group Bookings: Manage and negotiate bookings for corporate clients and large group reservations. Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, local groups and societies.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all guest inquiries and reservation requests are handled promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first mindset.Resolve booking issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the booking experience.
Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and availability strategies.

Proven experience in reservations, hospitality sales, or front office management
Experience in reservation systems
