Marketing and Communications Administrator

Specific Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,570 per annum, £14,742 pro rata
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Communications Administrator to join the Marketing and Communications Team. Your role is to provide high quality administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team and the wider Fundraising, Communications and Retail Directorate.
This role is not open to sponsorship.
Role Requirements
1. Dealing with incoming enquiries from across the organisation and externally to signpost to the right team in an efficient way.
2. Point of contact for clinical administrators attending meetings, feeding back to marcomms team on activities and helping to keep lines of communication open between teams.
3. Providing cover on press inbox if needed.
4. Working with the team to create and send our weekly news round up.
