Working closely with our experienced leadership and management teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our digital business, participating in weekly team meetings and strategic business review sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Ensure customer success by delivering tailored solutions, presenting quarterly insights, understanding client objectives, addressing pain points, and driving incremental revenue through our proven services.
* Network Prospecting: Secure new business through existing client divisions, regional branches, professional associates, and industry contacts.
* Director Follow-up: Support senior management in progressing and closing strategic opportunities.
* Proposal Development: Customise and present compelling proposals and contracts, clearly articulating our solutions' value propositions.
* Negotiation and Closing: Engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve objections, negotiate favourable terms, and finalise deals.
* Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and current CRM records detailing interactions with prospects, identifying stakeholders, noting opportunities, and addressing issues.
