Responsibilities:
* Provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department
* Greet customers on the phone or in the dealership
* Explain the nature of repairs
* Advise customers on vehicle maintenance
* Schedule appointments
* Sell labor services
* Create an extraordinary experience for all customers
Qualifications:
* CDK experience preferred
* Ability to sell required maintenance
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
