Key Responsibilities:
* Patient and Appointment Management: Efficient management of scheduling and appointment confirmations, ensuring accuracy in patient bookings and accounts.
* Task Completion and Monitoring: Supervise and ensure the efficient completion of daily reception tasks. Lead improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.
* Email and Portal Management: Oversee email communications and online portal management, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
* Accuracy in Bookings and Accounts: Regular auditing of booking systems and patient accounts, maintaining financial accuracy.
* Reporting: Produce detailed weekly reports on completed tasks and operational issues, ensuring accuracy in all reported areas.
* Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor, embodying the practice's commitment to excellence.
* Patient Interaction and Management: Manage patient inquiries and visits with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership skills with exceptional organisational capabilities.
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to operational excellence.
* Experience with Dentally software is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of handling challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.
* Previous experience as a head receptionist in the dental industry is desirable.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days
Computer System: Dentally (Experience preferred)
