The Gig
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing Sales team. This is a new business hunter role, ideal for a proactive and results-driven sales professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and closing deals; you will be at the forefront of driving new business and expanding our client base across the UK and Europe.
You Will
* Proactively identify, engage, and convert net-new clients through a mix of outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face meetings.
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent and strategic follow-ups to drive conversions.
* Focus on both the UK and European markets, identifying key decision-makers, tailoring sales approaches, and executing strategic outreach.
* Work closely with internal teams to provide market feedback, contribute to product development insights, and refine sales strategies.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals.
* Participation in events, industry awards and other social activities
* Close review and management of project delivery to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
About You
* A track record of sales/revenue generation with a new business acquisition focus.
* You're comfortable working to targets and be committed to developing and closing sales opportunities.
* Strong relationship building skills with previous client facing experience.
* Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
