Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Building Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a multi-tenanted site in the North West. The building is home to a diverse mix of occupiers, including retail, food & beverage, offices, and storage/industrial units. As a Grade II listed property, it offers both unique challenges and exciting opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, delivering excellent customer service.
* Oversee maintenance, PPMs, contractors, remedial works, and improvement projects.
* Develop and implement strategic plans for site improvements.
* Manage service charge budgets, expenditure, and supplier contracts.
* Work closely with the client based on-site and provide assistance across other North West assets as required.
* Drive occupier engagement activities to boost the site’s profile.

About You:
* Proven experience managing multi-tenanted commercial properties.
* Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of CAFM systems and contractor management.
