Job Details
We are currently looking for casual Exam Invigilators to work this academic year. Successful candidates must be able to attend a training day in December 2025. We require invigilator cover during the Mock Exam period (January 2026 first two weeks), the internal exam period in April 2026 and the Summer 2026 exam period, which runs between the months of May to June. Commitment to be available for the full period of the summer exams is essential, although you will not be required to work every day. The role of an Exam Invigilator will involve successful applicants to work very closely with the Exams & Operations Officer and as part of a pool of other Invigilators.

Duties:
Candidates will be expected to:
* Ensure exams are run in accordance with JCQ regulations
* Supervise students sitting exams
* Distribute and collect exam papers
* Provide assistance where necessary
* Help to set up the exam hall and collect exam papers
* Be punctual, as it is imperative the exams can start as scheduled
Successful candidates must have good organisational skills and be reliable and punctual with the flexibility to fit around the busy exam timetable. Previous experience in an educational environment is desirable but not essential. An ability to use your initiative and willingness to work as part of a team is essential.

This post is offered on a casual basis and hours will be as required during Exam Period.
