About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee domestic electrical works across social housing projects.
Working across minor works, maintenance, and repairs, you will manage electricians and subcontractors, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
This role involves a mix of site visits and office-based work, supporting compliance, technical delivery, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise electricians and subcontractors across domestic properties
* Review and sign off on electrical certification (EICR, EIC, Fire Alarms)
* Register works with Building Control and manages certification compliance
* Carry out regular site audits and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
* Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and site teams
* Produce monthly reports for clients and internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and GDPR
* Support and mentor junior team members
* Coordinate between site and office to ensure smooth project delivery
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Electrical Supervisor role
* Experience within social housing, domestic, or maintenance environments
* Strong understanding of electrical regulations, compliance, and reporting
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
* Confident using MS Office and certification software (e.g. EasyCert, Click)
* Well-organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible with travel and working hours when required
Qualifications
* ECS or CSCS card
* 2382-18 Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations (BS7671:2018)
* Level 3 Inspection & Testing (2391, 2394/2395 or equivalent)
* Asbestos Awareness
* Full UK driving licence

* Degree-level education or equivalent
* Additional relevant professional qualifications
