Property Solicitor BCL Legal is delighted to be working with this market-leading national law firm to recruit a Property Solicitor/Associate to join their Bristol based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile property development and regeneration projects across the public and private sectors. The Role As part of this successful and growing national team, you will:
* Advise on a range of commercial property matters, with a focus on development and regeneration work
* Support private sector clients, as well as local authority, housing, and healthcare clients
· Handle high-profile projects, including:
* Negotiating acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements
* Preparing detailed reports on title
* Managing freehold and leasehold transactions
* Negotiating with bidders during competitive dialogue processes
* This role provides the chance to work on impactful regeneration projects across the country while being part of a supportive and inclusive team
About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will:
* Be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE
* Have experience in development and regeneration projects (preferred)
* Possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
* Show enthusiasm for business development and networking opportunities
* Have some experience supervising junior team members (desirable)
