In-House Recruiter
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in our newly renovated central London office)
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 (depending on level of experience) + Bonus

The Role
We are expanding our in-house recruitment function and are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Recruiter to support our UK hiring needs.
This is a full lifecycle, hands-on recruitment role based in London, working closely with hiring managers to attract, engage and hire high-quality talent across the business. You will play a key role in embedding consistent recruitment processes while delivering an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
* Partner with hiring managers to agree recruitment strategies, role requirements and timelines
* Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a range of UK-based vacancies
* Proactively source, screen and shortlist candidates using multiple channels
* Develop expertise in direct sourcing, including social media and professional networks
* Write clear, compelling job adverts that attract high-calibre candidates
* Maintain recruitment systems and trackers, ensuring data accuracy at all times
* Provide market insight on talent availability, skills trends and competitor activity
* Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and manage offer processes
* Support ad-hoc recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Person Specification
* Previous recruitment experience, either agency or in-house (essential)
* Highly organised, resilient and delivery-focused, with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
* Confident in competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
