Commercial Director – Enterprise Software (Service Management Platform)

High-growth enterprise software provider delivering digital workflow and service management solutions to large organisations is seeking a Commercial Director to drive enterprise revenue growth across complex, strategic accounts.
This is a senior role focused on enterprise sales strategy, major account development and C-level engagement.
The Role
* Own and deliver enterprise revenue targets
* Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–18+ months)
* Develop and execute strategic account plans
* Drive new logo acquisition and large-scale expansion
* Engage CIO, CTO, COO and transformation stakeholders
* Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success and Partners
* Maintain strong forecasting and pipeline discipline
Profile
* 12+ years enterprise technology sales experience
* Proven track record closing £1m+ ARR enterprise deals
* Background in ITSM, workflow automation or enterprise platforms
* Experienced in consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles
* Strong executive presence and commercial acumen
