Our Apprenticeship Team is delivering flexible, high-quality learning experiences to a growing number of learners and employer partners. We support apprentices in gaining the essential employability skills and real-world knowledge they need to succeed, backed by degree-level education and industry-recognised qualifications.
As part of this fast-growing team, the Apprenticeship Funding & Compliance Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring our programmes meet all ESFA/DfE funding requirements and remain audit ready. With learner numbers on the rise, you’ll work collaboratively across the department to maintain accurate, high-quality data for the Individualised Learner Record (ILR) and ensure compliance throughout the learner lifecycle—from enrolment and funding validation to processing changes such as breaks in learning and completions.
This role is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by combining attention to detail, regulatory insight, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Your work will directly support the success of our apprentices and the integrity of our programmes at a leading university.
Salary: £28,500 - £29,400 per annum

About the Role -Apprenticeship Funding & Compliance Administrator:
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about education?
Join us as an Apprenticeship Funding & Compliance Administrator, where you'll ensure our apprenticeship programmes comply with ESFA/DfE funding rules and are always audit-ready.
You'll work closely with our Corporate Learning team to maintain accurate ILR data and support key learner processes—from enrolment checks to managing breaks in learning and completions.

About You:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Apprenticeship Funding & Compliance Administratorwho can support witha range of learner processes — from enrolment compliance checks to managing changes like breaks in learning and completions, you must also havefollowingexperience:
Essential requirements:
* Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (required).
* Level 3 qualification or relevant experience in an administrative, compliance, or education setting
* Experience in an administrative or data management role within an education, training, or regulated environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Experience working with sensitive or confidential information.
Desirable requirements:
* Training or certification related to data management, funding compliance, or education administration
* Familiarity with apprenticeship delivery models and regulatory requirements in higher education.
