Role purpose: Manage site’ IT needs and infrastructure & ensure new employees onboarding relating to IT and software needs. Key accountabilities: Assume overall responsibility for site’ IT budget and generate agility and flexibility to manage IT related items Develop an effective and cohesive teamwork, fostering close collaboration with site and external stakeholders. Driving a lean mindset and establishing mechanisms to continuous improvement initiatives to be executed in line with plan Develop strategy and plan to ensure Capacity are fit for demand (short-, mid-, and longterm).
