McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional and experienced Registered Manager to lead the team at our stunning development, Kenton Lodge in Gosforth.
Our Registered Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,!
Package: £ 38, .69 plus benefits + Career Progression
In addition to an annual bonus, our Estate Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,!
Kenton Lodge is a stunning development of one and two bedroom, age exclusive apartments for people aged 70 and over, right in the heart of Gosforth. As well as modern contemporary apartments, the development incorporates the original year old Lodge with its grand staircase, ornate fireplaces and decorative ceilings carefully restored making it a unique and exquisite place to live.
Hours: 38.75 per week

About you:
14. You will be a warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who cares deeply about championing the rights and wellbeing of older people.
15. Committed to building a thriving community where everyone feels included, happy and empowered to live life to the full.
16. Have previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
17. Have a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.
