We’re looking for a skilled Body and Paint Manager to join our team at the Hull site and build a long‑term career with us.

* Previous bodyshop or Body & Paint management experience in a dealership environment
* Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
* Experience achieving targets and improving operational performance
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Organised, proactive and results‑focused mindset

* Lead and manage the Body & Paint team
* Maximise productivity and turnaround times
* Deliver high customer satisfaction and quality workmanship
