Job title: Service Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover
Location: Ullswater Crescent, Coulsdon, CR5 2HR
Hours of work: 40 Hours a week (08:30am-17:30pm)
Salary: £27,000 DOE
Lloret Fire Solutions have established themselves as one of the leading independently owned Fire Alarm and associated system specialists in the South East.
Due to internal promotions, we now have an exciting opportunity for a new Service Coordinator to join our busy team. You'll be supporting our Administration Team and working alongside the Sales, Projects, and Accounts departments.
Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for all client queries via email and telephone
* Booking and issuing of the engineer's weekly planner
* Processing and scheduling emergency call outs, ensuring SLA's are met
* Management of job creation & invoicing using CRM System
* Creating and maintaining client PPM schedules
* QHSE Tasks -
Ø Managing our Accreditations & Certifications
Ø Responsible for supplier and Subcontractor on-boarding
Ø Completion of PQQ's
Ø Managing Training and H&S records
Ø Updating the calibration register
* Carrying out weekly timesheet and overtime approvals
* Raising of Purchase and Subcontractor orders
* Running finance & KPI reports on a weekly and monthly basis
* Providing support to the sales and all other teams
* Help in other ad-hoc tasks as required to meet the needs of the business
Skills Required:
* Previous experience in a Service Administration/Coordination role (essential)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel (essential)
* Flexible and adaptable to change
This is initially a fixed term contract role of up to 12 months to cover maternity there may be the opportunity to go permanent.
