This core role involves working as a Rail Replacement Coordinator across the UK network during times of disruption and pre-planned work. There are also opportunities to assist our special events team.
We expect you to be customer-focused in everything you do, providing a fantastic experience for travelers. Even when services are disrupted, you will ensure customers are kept informed throughout their journey.
You will be trained to manage various situations during disruptions, ensure buses and trains run on time, make announcements, perform safety duties, and assist with customer service. Training will be provided to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills.
About you:
This is a part-time role with flexible hours; there is no guarantee of minimum hours.
You should be flexible in working location and willing to travel (travel costs covered). Our services operate seven days a week, with hours ranging from early morning to late night. Flexibility at short notice is required.
