Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with young people and other professionals, including social workers, teachers, and healthcare providers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to meet the needs of individual young people, including those with complex needs or challenging behaviour
Knowledge of the challenges and risks faced by young people, including exploitation, crime, and mental health issues, and the ability to develop effective support plans to address these risks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach to supporting young people, including those with diverse needs and backgrounds

Benefits

Competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and training
Opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of young people, and contribute to the development of our Targeted Youth Support Service
Collaborative and supportive team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to young people and their families
