Overview

Business Administration Apprentice – Leeds (UK). Kickstart a career in business administration while making a difference to the environment. At Timberpak, we process and grade waste wood to transform it into new, high-quality products used across the UK and beyond. This is a full-time apprenticeship with the EGGER Group, offering hands-on learning, recognised qualifications, and a supportive, forward-thinking business.


Responsibilities

* Support the team with a wide variety of administration tasks.
* Manage diaries, schedules, and timetables.
* Organise meetings, prepare documents, and take minutes.
* Handle supplier and customer queries with professionalism.
* Input figures, process quotations and invoices.
* Carry out telephone work, including customer satisfaction surveys.
* Gain hands-on experience with SAP by managing wagon arrivals and departures, handling telephone enquiries, arranging container exchanges, and coordinating third-party collections.
* Support purchasing, transport bookings, and general site admin.
* Work closely with the Administration team to keep everything running smoothly.


What we’re looking for

* A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including Maths and English.
* A positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
* Good organisation and attention to detail.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Curious, motivated, and excited about starting a career in business administration.
