Heritage Project Manager The INNER CITY TRUST is seeking to recruit a Project Manager for an exciting major heritage buildings project for the city of DERRY/LONDONDERRY. This project is funded by the Architectural Heritage Fund and National Lottery Heritage Fund. The successful candidate will coordinate the effective delivery of the Heritage Development Programme targeting at risk properties and be responsible for managing resources relating to the Programme. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates. Secondment will be considered where your employer is supportive. Candidates should have: A degree or equivalent level qualification with a minimum of 5 years (within the past 7 years) relevant demonstrable experience workingin the built Heritage Project development environment. OR A relevant degree, or equivalent level of qualification,in a relevant discipline e.g. built environment conservation, town & country planning, architecture, civil engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience working in the built heritage project development environment. The Panel reserve the right to increase the shortlisting criteria in the event of a large level of interest. Post: Heritage Project Manager Salary £42k per annum pro rata 37.5 hours per week The appointment will initially be for a period up to May 2027 and may be extended following a review.
