Project Quantity Surveyor
to join the team QS to help deliver a major procurement drive across a range of key trade packages and support the project through to contract award and delivery stages. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being close to the action, and wants to take real ownership within a small but driven project team. Key Responsibilities: Support the Senior QS in
managing procurement
across multiple trade packages, from tender issue through to recommendation and contract award. Assist with
scope reviews, tender analysis, and package negotiations
to ensure robust commercial outcomes. Maintain accurate
cost tracking, reporting, and forecasting
throughout the procurement and delivery stages. Interface with site operations, design, and technical teams to ensure commercial alignment with programme and design development. Proactively manage subcontractor relationships and support with valuations, variations, and change control during early delivery. Help identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options to strengthen project performance. What We're Looking For: A
hands-on QS
who enjoys working closely with the delivery team and taking initiative. Strong commercial and analytical skills with the confidence to challenge costs and proposals constructively. Clear communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across multiple disciplines. A solutions-driven mindset with a keen eye for value and efficiency. M&E experience desirable, but not essential. Requirements: Minimum 3-6 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor or leading residential developer. Strong understanding of
procurement processes
and commercial management within live project environments. Knowledge of JCT or Call Off contracts and traditional procurement routes. Experience on high-rise or mixed-use residential developments preferred. Proficient in
Excel
and cost management systems. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). What We Offer: A hands-on, rewarding role within a flagship London development.
