Our client is seeking a confident and driven Advertising Account Manager to join their fast-paced sales team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based on the Isle of Man, offering a dynamic working environment in media sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a broad range of advertising solutions, including radio airtime, sponsorships, promotional campaigns, digital advertising, and events. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone in field sales looking to advance into the media industry.
Job Duties
* Develop and manage relationships with both new and existing clients
* Promote and sell a variety of advertising and promotional services tailored to client needs
* Create and present innovative, multi-platform advertising campaigns
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Represent the business at networking events, client meetings and industry gatherings
* Manage and maintain an up-to-date client portfolio and pipeline
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction
Job Requirements
* Proven experience in field sales with a strong track record of meeting targets
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to present and sell ideas effectively
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
* Experience in media sales is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
