Hamlet Court Hotel is looking for a Chef de Parties to assist our kitchen team in the delivery of gastro-pub and banqueting.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
* Flexibility in shifts is required.
Qualifications:
* Experience necessary.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
