Summary The Lifeline Technician is familiar with Lifeline products and services and is deployed to residences in the region for the purpose of installing, trouble shooting, and replacing devices. Minimum Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum Work Experience Prior customer service experience specifically with elder populations. Required Licenses/Certifications Valid Driver’s License required. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Willingness and ability to utilize personal vehicle for business purposes. Willingness and ability to complete manufacturer’s product training. Basic understanding of telecommunications (Wifi, phone jacks, cell coverage, etc) Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals for small devices. Ability to effectively communicate and relate information to individuals of varying ages from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Pay Range: $18.15 - $26.44
