Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. What will you be doing?
This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.
Responsibilities include:
* Establishing and maintaining document control procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations
* Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate document preparation, revision, distribution and storage
* Tracking document revisions, approvals and deadlines to ensure timely distribution of updated documents
* Supporting capital maintenance teams in retrieving and referencing critical documentation during project life cycles
* Configuring and preparing status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs and other reportable data and user activity to inform digital dashboards
* Conducting regular audits to verify document adherence to quality standards and support ISO compliance
* Ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 19650 standards
What you’ll bring:
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a Document Controller
* Proficiency in document control software and systems (Microsoft Office 365 suite)
* Excellent organisation and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* High levels of accuracy in managing and reviewing documentation
* Key understanding and experience of ISO 9001 and audit processes
