The Role:
We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Workers to join this dedicated team. You will play a key role in supporting adults with autism across the educational and social activities, both within their centre and in the local community.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about making a meaningful difference to the lives of adults with autism. No prior experience in autism support is necessary - they provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and group support for learners, helping them develop social, communication, and practical life skills.
* Assist in delivering bespoke educational sessions tailored to individual needs.
* Promote positive behaviour and encourage learners to reach their full potential.
* Accompany learners on community activities, fostering independence and engagement.
* Maintain accurate and timely records of learners' progress and achievements.
