Key Responsibilities Research and develop leads for HVAC hirers within the Speedy Hire ecosystem, pursuing new business opportunities. Manage national accounts, including Speedy Hire, with regular contact, needs analysis, and service delivery. Create and execute structured sales plans aligned with CRS and Speedy Hire's targets for sales/EBIT growth. Handle customer enquiries with a 10-minute response target, manage orders, PO, and post-delivery follow-ups. Collaborate with Speedy's depot network on equipment, resources, and transport; use D365 systems for case management and orders. Conduct proactive campaigns (min. 20 outbound calls/day), follow up quotes, and report on activity/KPIs. Grow key accounts via senior procurement contacts, emphasizing customer excellence and problem-solving. What We’re looking for Proven B2B sales track record, ideally within HVAC/building services/mechanical engineering. Experience with senior procurement teams and framework agreements. Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders (engineers, managers, customers). Ambitious team player with a self-starting mindset and HVAC technical background.
