Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one‑stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
What does it entail?
* Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains
* Operation of High‑Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
* Carrying out surveys
* Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
* Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications
* Communicating effectively with high‑profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
* Being part of an on‑call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. This would be one week in four – variable according to business needs
What experience do we look for?
* Previous experience working on‑site in a construction/ground working/civils environment
* Excellent problem‑solving ability with sound technical knowledge
* Have a positive, flexible, can‑do attitude
* Want to be part of a growing and progressive business
* Be willing to work some unsociable hours
* Full clean UK driving licence
