Role overview: The Creative Artwork Manager is responsible for creating, owning, and governing all packaging artwork templates across the OEB (Own Exclusive Brand) portfolio. This includes developing and managing artwork templates and visual guidelines for packaging across markets and categories. The role is the central custodian of packaging artwork visual identity, ensuring brand consistency, quality, scalability, and alignment with business strategy. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect quality, scalability, and brand excellence.
Responsibilities
* Create, maintain and continuously improve packaging artwork templates and visual systems across the OEB portfolio.
* Develop artwork concepts and visual routes for new launches, redesigns and brand updates within established brand frameworks.
* Own and maintain packaging artwork visual guidelines and rulebooks, ensuring clarity, consistency and compliance across regions.
* Collaborate with Brand, Packaging Engineering, Regulatory, Sustainability and external creative partners to deliver high-quality artwork.
* Support and optimise end-to-end artwork workflows, master assets and scalable design toolkits.
* Review and audit artwork to identify improvements, enhance visual consistency and reduce rework.
* Guide internal teams and suppliers on effective use of artwork templates, tools and processes.
Qualifications & experience
* Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Experience managing artwork templates, systems or brand toolkits.
* Understanding of print production, repro and packaging artwork processes.
* Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate and provide creative direction.
