Registered Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal PT
Are you looking for a part-time role with a friendly team and no out-of-hours requirement? Easipetcare Derby is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our supportive practice on a 28-hour per week contract.
Whether you're returning to practice, balancing other commitments, or just prefer a reduced working week, this is a great opportunity to become part of a welcoming team that truly values its people.
You’ll work 28 hours per week, with Saturday mornings and bank holidays on a shared rota, with time off in lieu provided. This role offers no out-of-hours or on-call, giving you predictability and work-life balance.
You'll be supported by a tight-knit team of 2 RVNs, 1 SVN and a VCA who are passionate about delivering excellent client and patient care. You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of nursing, and your ideas will be valued and encouraged.
The pro rata salary is up to £22,400, based on a full-time equivalent of up to £32,000, depending on experience.

About the Practice
Easipetcare Derby is a spacious and well-equipped practice, with fantastic facilities that include four consult rooms, a large waiting area with separate dog and cat zones, a dedicated x-ray and ultrasound suite, prep room and theatre, in-house lab, and separate dog, cat, and isolation wards.
We’re conveniently located just outside Derby city centre, close to local shops and under 10 minutes from the city by car. We’re also within easy reach of the Peak District National Park and benefit from excellent transport links including the M1 and direct train lines to London.
We’re proud to support StreetVet, collecting and donating unused pet food to help animals in need.
