Offer description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Officer (BDO) with 3+ years of proven experience in the tech industry. This role requires strong ownership in identifying high-value opportunities, end-to-end business development, a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling business value for our clients.


Required Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the Technology/Software industry
* Strong understanding of technology services such as web development, mobile applications, SaaS, and digital transformation
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal documentation, and data analysis tools.


Key Responsibilities

* Own and manage the complete cycle from lead generation to deal closure
* Identify and qualify new business leads within the space using data-driven market research in local and international markets
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with company growth targets
* Conduct high-level client meetings to understand business needs and propose tailored tech solutions
* Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, timelines, and commercial agreements
* Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams for solution alignment
* Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
* Nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
* Analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to refine sales strategies


Nice to Have

* Experience working with international or enterprise clients
* Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
* Experience contributing to sales strategy or revenue planning
