We are seeking a highly skilled visual designer to create a comprehensive library of photorealistic retail and hospitality placement images for our premium powdered cocktail mixer brand, Mixxers. These visuals will be used in retail pitch decks, RangeMe submissions, investor presentations, and sales materials, so they must look indistinguishable from real photography and professionally executed.
We are not specifically looking for full 3D modeling unless it is absolutely necessary to achieve realism. We already have high-resolution product photography of our boxes, sachets, and floor display unit. The goal is to seamlessly integrate our existing assets into believable retail and hospitality environments using advanced compositing, AI-assisted mockups, or another professional approach that achieves natural lighting, shadows, correct scale, and proper shelf depth.
We want to build a complete visual asset library in one project so that we do not need to revisit this later. Environments should include grocery store mixer aisle shelving with multiple facings and realistic shelf tags, liquor store placement near tequila or whiskey, standalone endcap displays, a holiday-promotional endcap that can later be digitally reskinned, checkout line impulse placement featuring individual sachets, boutique gift store shelving similar to The Paper Store aesthetic, airport or travel retail shelving, boutique hotel minibar placement, upscale boat or yacht bar setting, resort pool bar shelf placement, corporate gifting or concierge-style display, Airbnb welcome basket styling, festival or event bar integration, ski lodge bar retail shelf placement, and cruise ship gift shop style placement.
All environments must feel premium, clean, and believable. The product should appear naturally integrated into the space rather than digitally pasted. Lighting direction, reflections, depth of field, perspective, and scale must match the environment precisely. The overall tone should communicate shelf readiness, distribution potential, and elevated positioning appropriate for natural and specialty retail.
We will provide high-resolution packaging files, sachet files, brand references, and inspirational images to guide the aesthetic direction for each environment. We are looking for someone who can interpret those references and execute visuals that align with a refined, sophisticated brand identity.
Please include relevant examples of retail product compositing or CPG placement work in your proposal, along with a brief explanation of your process and estimated timeline. We are looking for a designer with a strong eye for realism who understands how these visuals influence retail buyers and investors.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
