Along with a salary of up to £24,000 per annum, you will have the flexibility to work from home every Monday and Friday and also receive pension contributions and 25 days paid leave. What you’ll do as an Administration Assistant?
* Perform day to day admin duties and support the Head of Operations and wider team.
* Handle incoming calls, manage the inbox, maintain files, and ensure the database is updated.
* Manage diaries and travel plans
* Take responsibility for all sales directly made through the website.
* Assist with Health and Safety compliance and building maintenance
* Order supplies and negotiate supplier contracts
* Welcome guests and managing reception duties
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes
