This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales performance, develop staff, and maintain a vibrant store environment. Key responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer experiences and inspire team members to achieve sales targets. Implement local business strategies in collaboration with Area Manager. Define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs and develop monthly plans based on productivity targets. Ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory, and oversee day-to-day operations. Foster employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and team celebrations. Lead by example with strong communication, motivation, and coaching skills. What we are looking for: Prior Store Manager experience or equivalent in retail or hospitality. Proven people management skills including communication, motivation, coaching, and team inspiration. Experience developing others and driving behavioural change through knowledge sharing. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
