Fed up with chaotic workplaces and unclear expectations?
Do you love being part of a team where people actually pull together and get things done?
Looking for an entry‑level role where you can learn, grow and get proper support – without being micromanaged?
This is a part‑time, permanent, Provisioning Coordinator role, working office‑based within a well‑established telecoms business.
You’ll be right at the heart of the order process, keeping things moving smoothly, updating systems, and making sure customers receive what they’ve ordered on time.
There’s no chaos and no constant changing of priorities here – just clear expectations, good processes and a team that cares about doing things properly.
Targets won’t move, priorities won’t be rewritten every five minutes, and you’ll receive strong training from day one to help you build confidence in the role.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, likes seeing tasks through to completion, and gets satisfaction from keeping things running smoothly.
What you’ll actually be doing
You’ll be working closely with colleagues across sales, provisioning and suppliers to make sure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Your role will include:
* Processing and managing telecoms orders
* Updating internal systems with accurate information
* Chasing progress and handling queries
* Making sure customers are kept informed throughout
* Supporting the wider team to keep everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for
Ideally, you’ll:
* Be organised and comfortable working with systems and processes
* Enjoy working as part of a team
* Be keen to learn and develop within the role
* Take pride in getting things right first time
Previous experience in telecoms or provisioning is helpful, but not essential – attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter far more.
What’s on offer
* Salary between £25,000 – £30,000, pro rata, depending on experience
* Strong training and support
* A stable, well‑structured working environment
* A role where learning and development are encouraged
You’ll love the learning curve and the satisfaction that comes from getting things over the line properly.
