Contentious Probate Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cardiff, GBP 50,000+ (DOE): This is a unique opportunity to join a well established and highly regarded practice handling a unique caseload whilst delivering a high standard of service to the firm's clients. JOB REF:0763
Responsibilities
* Committed to providing a high standard of service to clients, this reputable leading national practice is looking to hire an experienced contentious probate specialist to come in and hit the ground running.
* Deal with a varied caseload of contentious probate matters and specialist Court of Protection matters.
* Working knowledge of Court of Protection matters and proceedings under Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 would be advantageous.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum 2 Years PQE in contested probate and court of protection matters.
