Logistics & Warehouse Operative – Entry-Level Opportunity
Location: SO23
Hours: Monday to Wednesday - 09:00 – 17:00
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary / Fixed-Term (ideal for a gap year or career starter)

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, is detail‑oriented, and wants to learn the ins and outs of supply chain operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Concession Order Dispatch & Returns
* Pick and pack orders for web and store channels based on weekly instructions.
* Apply product labelling to meet dispatch specifications.
* Book and label cartons for daily courier collections.
* Build pallets for dispatch, ensuring they meet client specifications.
* Process returned stock and communicate issues for inventory reintegration.
* Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with fortnightly stock checks.
Warehouse Operations
* Prepare for third‑party deliveries and allocate stock appropriately.
* Monitor and maintain Health & Safety standards.
* Support general warehouse and logistics tasks as needed.
Stock Take
* Participate in the annual stock take across multiple warehouse locations and business units.
Quality Control & Reworks
* Conduct random inspections of incoming goods for quality issues.
* Report any defects or concerns to the Logistics Manager.
