Key Responsibilities: Perform cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment in all assigned buildings. Open and secure premises as needed. Identify and report any maintenance issues promptly. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and COSHH regulations. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards. Respond to customer requests professionally and exceed expectations. Maintain positive relationships with customers and escalate concerns where necessary. Handle, maintain, and store equipment according to instructions. Use initiative and problem-solving skills to improve practices. Undertake any additional tasks required for the role.
